ABOUT NOVUM
At Novum, living extends beyond your own front door. The building is designed in such a way that you automatically become part of a community: well-organized, personal, and with plenty of space to meet each other. Novum combines scale and intimacy—a large residential project that still feels small and close-knit. Thanks to the division into neighborhoods and streets, a community naturally emerges where everyone has their own place.
The building is cleverly divided into neighborhoods and streets. Each street has approximately 13 homes, and each neighborhood has its own living room. This means active and/or passive enjoyment in a shared living room where you can meet, relax, or work together.

A piece of history
For many years, the site where Novum will soon be built was home to the European Patent Office the place where new inventions were researched and protected. A breeding ground for innovation and progress. We are continuing that history in this project. Novum – Latin for 'something new' – symbolises opportunities, development and a fresh start. At Novum, people from different cultural and personal backgrounds come together to live, learn and move forward.Novum offers more than just a roof over your head: it is a stepping stone to the future.
