To be eligible for social housing in Rijswijk, you must comply with the rules of the Rijswijk municipal housing permit. In addition, the income limits for DAEB homes in 2025 apply:
Single-person household: maximum €49,669
Multi-person household: maximum €54,847
Your income must fall within these limits in order to be eligible for social housing.
What is social housing?
A social housing property has a basic rent below the social rent threshold. For 2025, this means that properties with a rent of up to €900.07 per month are considered social housing. Properties above this threshold fall into the private sector.
